“Recently I revamped this old image of Andy Warhol coming out of a tomato soup can. I had done this image back in 1977 where Andy was in a Beef and Noodle can.  I tried using the original file but it was not large enough to reproduce clearly. So I reshot the can, only today the cans have pull tops, so Jack Duganne my master printer and I had to photoshop the original cover which also had 19 cents stamped on the lid. The new can cost me $1.39. I also felt that tomato soup was more fitting then beef and noodle.”
